We offer elevated fitness experiences developed by the region’s best instructors. As a boutique studio, we offer classes that deliver big results without the “big gym” feel. We also have a Sports Recovery Area where the focus is on muscle recovery and the reduction of inflammation and soreness.

While we’re not a big-box gym, our 12,500 square feet of studio space might make you think we are. At RIDE209, you’ll find a variety of areas for different fitness regimens, including the Salt Sanctuary, Cycle Theater, Pilates Reformer Room, and The Big Room.

Featuring infrared heating and a beautiful LED-lit Himalayan salt wall, this room is an ideal setting for barre, yoga, and aerial yoga classes. Himalayan salt helps detoxify the air and supports reduced allergy symptoms.
cycle theater
With a stadium-style layout and energizing LED lights, our Cycle Theater has 36 top-of-the-line Stages bikes. Each bike is numbered so you can book the bike of your choice through our RIDE209 Wellness app.
PILATES REFORMER ROOM
Classes feature eight Balanced Body Allegro Reformers for a great workout.
THE BIG ROOM
Strength, fitness, sports training, and boxing classes are held in this 3,300-square-foot space with professional-grade turf and state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
