Come as you are, Leave Stronger.

New to RIDE209? Welcome to a unique fitness community enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels! We promise that you’ll feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door, and that you’ll leave spent but smiling about your progress.

We believe that if a workout won’t challenge you, it won’t change you. Our trainers design capability-specific workout routines focused on getting you ahead of where you were last time—not ahead of the person next to you.

Fitness is a journey…and one that has no final destination.

download our app

If you’re new to RIDE209, a great place to start is downloading the RIDE209 Wellness app. You’ll be glad you did, because there’s a Buy One Class, Get One Free offer for new members!

You may also want to call and schedule a tour of the studio. It’s not required, but it feels good to know what’s available when you come for your first class.

Arrive Early

Before taking your first class at RIDE209, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can sign a waiver. You can also download it here: WAIVER and bring it with you. Additionally, we’ll show you around, explain how to use our lockers, and assist you with any necessary setup for your class—bike settings for a cycle class, silk adjustment for an aerial yoga class, etc.

You may need to rent equipment

If you’ve signed up for a Rhythm Ride, we require indoor cycling shoes. The pedals on our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats and LOOK cleats. If you don’t own cycle shoes, you can rent a pair for $3 through our app or when you check in for the class. If you’re signed up for one of our boxing classes, we strongly encourage using boxing gloves and wrist wraps. You can bring your own boxing gloves or rent a pair for $3. Wrist wraps are required when using our rental boxing gloves.

Cycling shoes, boxing gloves, and wrist wraps are also available for purchase in the RIDE209 Boutique.
